What are the time frames when importing?

We take pride in ensuring our customers end up with exactly what they hoped and paid for so timeframes can be an obstacle in this industry. Finding unique cars to suit specific needs can sometimes take up to six months. On the other hand we have direct access to over 2,000,000 cars, so if you know what you need we can sometimes have your car ready to be shipped in a matter of days.

In general once a car is found and payment has been confirmed we request up to a week for documents to be finalized and have the car booked for shipping. We use some of the largest freight companies in the world to ensure the safe arrival of your vehicle to Australia. Under our close supervision the car will then be delivered to our workshop to commence compliance. We ask to allow up to 10 business days for compliance unless it is required to be carried out by one of our industry partners. In this case time frames can vary and customers will be advised accordingly.

Upon completion of compliance we may assist customers in obtaining a RWC in order to have the car registered at a local road authority.
